MICHAEL YOUNG, ESQ.

Mr. Young is a trial lawyer and a founding partner of Young & Wallin, where he serves as the firm's lead trial counsel. His practice at Young & Wallin is dedicated solely to representing plaintiffs in cases involving elder abuse and nursing home negligence. Mr. Young heads up the Redlands office, and personally handles cases throughout the state of California.

Mr. Young is a former insurance defense lawyer who successfully defended several nursing home negligence cases before he left to start his own firm at Young & Wallin. Mr. Young has used his years of experience as a medical malpractice and elder abuse defense attorney to gain insight on important issues with cases and is now able to use that experience to assist plaintiffs who have been injured through elder abuse or nursing home negligence in California.

THOMAS WALLIN, ESQ.

Mr. Wallin is a trial lawyer and a founding partner in Young & Wallin, where he serves as one of the firm’s lead counsel. Mr. Wallin’s practice at Young & Wallin has been dedicated to fighting for the rights of the elderly as a nursing home malpractice attorney. Mr. Wallin is also a former medical malpractice defense attorney where he gained valuable experience in the complex civil practice of elder abuse and nursing home abuse cases.
